Refund Policy

All products sold by www.bikeblazer.in are properly checked with 3 Stages of Inspection and tested by the quality control team and guaranteed to be genuine, and in new condition. All products are protected under 2  Days product repair/replacement (no refund) policy in case the product has a manufacturing defect and only if it is in unused conditions in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full/partial credit on case to case basis. Bike Blazer’s parent company cyton mv private limited’s will be the only deciding entity.

NOTE – there is NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE of the Fabric/cover. Repair/Replacement of 2 days and of Registered/Paid Warranty is for Devices only. No Textile part of Bike Blazer product is eligible for warranty/repair/replacement. Only if the fabric is found to be defective and is informed within 2 days of Delivery of the product, we can consider it to Replace on case to case basis. with  handling, delivery charges to be paid by the buyer.

“New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Full/Partial Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

If the product delivery takes more time than ETD (estimated Time of Delivery) (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, Crisis in the Country, Riots or any other interruptions due to man or Nature, other not mentioned circumstances which are not in control of Bike Blazer) are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances, then the customer can cancel the order and the amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. NOTE – Full Refund will be initiated only if the product has not been Dispatched. If the product has been dispatched and customer Rejects to take the parcel when it reached him, delivery charges, handling charges will be deducted from the Refundable amount.

We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays, strikes, riots and other not mentioned circumstances which are not in control of Bike Blazer.

A customer can ask for a refund if the specification of product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the website or if the product replacement takes more than 14 working days. NOTE – Fabric/cover colour is subject to change without prior notice, also the color on website can different from the actual. Images shown are for representative purposes only.

A Full refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/feel  quality of a Manufacturing defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.

 

NOTE – in all cases (Refund/Replacement) it will be solely on the discretion of Cyton mv private limited (it’s representatives).
