Bikeblazer.in is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Wrong size, Wrong color of Device ordered – No Problem!

If there was mistake from our side (i.e. wrong size and/or wrong color of device delivered)  in the product that you received, we will bear the return shipping charges (not exceeding the shipping charges charged at the time of sale) and re-shipping charges.

If you made a mistake while placing the order and received a product that you wish to replace, then Worry Not! we will facilitate the replacement. You will need to bear the return shipping charges and re-shipping charges.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 2 days from delivery date with Original Packing

 

Terms & Condition:-

  • All Returns/Refund for all damage/defect/Quality issue/description mismatch are eligible for return but within 2 Days from Delivery.
  • The product should be one time tried and not being used on regular basis.
  • We can consider the order to be Replaced/Repaired on case to case basis.
  • Supporting for any issue is mandatory.
  • If we find something which is not as per description, Bikeblazer.in will facilitate return for accepted complaint order. color of Covers/Fabric is excluded.
  • All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after product is received back to us and quality check is cleared. 
  • Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will not be Replaced/Refunded or partially refunded deducting the damages, delivery charges, handling charges  & shipping charges  without rendering a reason.
  • Any kind of refund will be given in the form of store credit. NO cash/credit/cheque/Demand draft refund request will be entertained. Few Exceptions can be done from bike blazer’s end depending on the case to case basis.                        
  • We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays, strikes, riots and other not mentioned circumstances which are not in control of Bike Blazer.
  • NOTE – there is NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE of the Fabric/cover. Repair/Replacement of 5 days and of Registered/Paid Warranty is for Devices only. No Textile part of Bike Blazer product is eligible for warranty/repair/replacement. Only if the fabric is found to be defective and is informed within 2 days of Delivery of the product, we can consider it to Replace on case to case basis. with  handling, delivery charges to be paid by the buyer.

Note :- Bikeblazer.in team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the supporting shared by the customer. In all cases (Refund/Replacement) it will be solely on the discretion of Cyton mv private limited (it’s representatives).

A Full refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/feel  quality of a Manufacturing defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.
